We start by drilling small 5/8" holes into the affected concrete slab. Through these access points, we inject high-density polyurethane foam beneath the surface. As the foam expands, it fills voids caused by soil erosion or settling.
Step 2: Lift & Level
The expanding foam exerts upward pressure, gently lifting the concrete back to its original position. This controlled lift is precise and helps restore the slab’s level surface without any demolition.

Once the slab is lifted, the foam continues to expand and fill any remaining gaps or weak spots in the soil. We seal all injection points and surface cracks to ensure a clean, strong, and lasting repair.
