TerraLevel™ Commercial

Sinking concrete isn’t just a cosmetic issue — in industrial and commercial facilities, it creates OSHA safety hazards, disrupts workflow, damages equipment, and reduces the load-bearing capacity of critical surfaces. Uneven warehouse floors, settled loading docks, cracked industrial slabs, and failing pavement sections typically indicate deeper soil instability and void formation beneath high-traffic areas.

That’s why Lifted Concrete Houston utilizes the TerraLevel™ Polyurethane Concrete Lifting & Leveling System — an advanced industrial-grade solution engineered for soil stabilization, void fill, slab releveling, and heavy-duty concrete restoration.

Our polyurethane injection process delivers precise concrete lifting and leveling, re-supports the subgrade, and restores structural performance — all without demolition, excavation, or shutting down operations.

Uneven, sinking, or cracked concrete doesn’t always mean replacement. At Lifted Concrete Houston, our TerraLevel™ process uses high-density polyurethane foam injection to lift and stabilize concrete slabs quickly, cleanly, and permanently. This modern method restores driveways, sidewalks, patios, and pool decks to a safe, level position — without the mess, noise, or downtime of traditional mudjacking.

Through small injection points, the expanding foam fills hidden voids beneath concrete, compacts weak soil, and raises the slab back into place. Most projects are completed in a few hours, and the surface is ready for use the same day.

Cost-Effective Alternative to Concrete Replacement

TerraLevel™: Advanced Polyurethane Concrete Lifting in Houston

TerraLevel™: Advanced Polyurethane Concrete Lifting in Houston

TerraLevel™ polyurethane foam lifting costs a fraction of what it takes to remove and repour concrete. The lightweight foam expands beneath the slab, delivering strong, long-term support without adding extra weight to the soil. It cures within minutes and creates a permanent solution for uneven concrete — saving you time, labor, and future repair costs.

For homeowners and businesses alike, foam injection concrete repair is the most efficient and economical way to restore safety and curb appeal to your property.

Eco-Friendly and Long-Lasting Solution

Benefits of the TerraLevel™ Foam Injection Process

Our polyurethane foam is non-toxic, non-hazardous, and environmentally safe. It won’t break down over time or leach into the soil, making it a sustainable solution for concrete leveling and soil stabilization.

The TerraLevel™ Process Explained

Step 1

Step 1

Step 1

Drilling and Injection:

  • Drill 5/8-inch holes strategically into the concrete slab.
  • Inject polyurethane into the holes, allowing it to react and expand, filling voids caused by soil erosion.

Step 2

Step 1

Step 1

 Exert Force and Lift:

  • As the polyurethane cures, it will exert force beneath the slab, causing a controlled lift.

Step 3

Step 1

Step 3

 Void Filling and Sealing:

  • Monitor the polyurethane injection until voids are completely filled.
  • Simultaneously, address any pre-drilled holes or void cracks, filling and sealing them to ensure a comprehensive repair.

TerraLevel™ – Frequently Asked Questions

TerraLevel™ is a high-density polyurethane injection process designed to lift, level, and stabilize sunken or uneven concrete.
By injecting expanding foam beneath the slab, we fill voids, compact loose soil, and restore your concrete’s original position — all without demolition or mess.

We drill small, penny-sized holes into the concrete and inject a two-part polyurethane foam beneath the slab.
As the foam expands, it fills empty spaces and gently lifts the concrete back into place. Once cured, it hardens into a waterproof, load-bearing base that permanently supports the structure.

TerraLevel™ works on nearly any type of settled concrete, including:

  • Driveways
  • Sidewalks & walkways
  • Patios & pool decks
  • Garage floors & interior slabs
  • Commercial and industrial floors
  • Foundations and warehouse slabs

Most TerraLevel™ jobs are completed in a few hours or less, and the treated area can typically be used within 15–30 minutes after completion.

Yes. TerraLevel™ uses lightweight, water-resistant polyurethane foam — not heavy cement slurry.
That means:

  • Smaller drill holes
  • Faster cure time
  • No added soil weight
  • Long-term stability and moisture resistance

No. Once cured, the polyurethane foam is completely waterproof and chemically stable.
It will not erode, shrink, or wash away like traditional fill materials, providing permanent support for your slab.

Every project is different. Pricing depends on the size of the slab, the depth of settlement, and access to the site.
However, TerraLevel™ is typically 40–70% less expensive than full concrete replacement — and completed in a fraction of the time.

Yes. The foam is non-toxic and eco-safe, with zero groundwater contamination.
It’s also much more sustainable than demolishing and replacing large concrete sections.

Absolutely. Every TerraLevel™ project comes with a 2-Year Warranty against resettlement in the treated area — ensuring peace of mind and long-term performance.

TerraLevel™ stabilizes soil and lifts concrete slabs, but major structural foundation issues may require additional repair methods.
We always perform a full inspection first and will recommend the best long-term solution for your property.
