TerraLevel™ is a high-density polyurethane injection process designed to lift, level, and stabilize sunken or uneven concrete.
By injecting expanding foam beneath the slab, we fill voids, compact loose soil, and restore your concrete’s original position — all without demolition or mess. 

We drill small, penny-sized holes into the concrete and inject a two-part polyurethane foam beneath the slab.
As the foam expands, it fills empty spaces and gently lifts the concrete back into place. Once cured, it hardens into a waterproof, load-bearing base that permanently supports the structure. 

TerraLevel™ works on nearly any type of settled concrete, including:

• Patios & pool decks
• Garage floors & interior slabs
• Commercial and industrial floors
• Foundations and warehouse slabs

Most TerraLevel™ jobs are completed in a few hours or less, and the treated area can typically be used within 15–30 minutes after completion. 

Yes. TerraLevel™ uses lightweight, water-resistant polyurethane foam — not heavy cement slurry.
That means:

• Smaller drill holes
• Faster cure time
• No added soil weight
• Long-term stability and moisture resistance

No. Once cured, the polyurethane foam is completely waterproof and chemically stable.
It will not erode, shrink, or wash away like traditional fill materials, providing permanent support for your slab. 

Every project is different. Pricing depends on the size of the slab, the depth of settlement, and access to the site.
However, TerraLevel™ is typically 40–70% less expensive than full concrete replacement — and completed in a fraction of the time.
